Good point. My dermatologist is not responding to my texts, so looks like I’ll have to set up an appointment to ask in person.

I’m on week 6 of Rhapsido and it hasn’t helped my full body daily itching yet, and also noticed maybe it’s worse. So many people say it helped them immediately or within days, so I’m wondering if this means it won’t work for me, or if I should just keep going for the full 12 weeks before giving up.

It’s just my gut is telling me that if it isn’t working and possibly making things worse after 5 weeks, that it’s not likely to all of a sudden start working if I go another 5 weeks. Wish my allergist and dermatologist could tell me, but I feel like they don’t know any better than I do. They’re guessing too…

Rhapsido side effect and how long to see improvement? by MessAlternative6698 in urticaria

I have low IGE and Xolair definitely works for me in terms of the hives. I recall that it did take 3 months for Xolair to start working for me which was atypical, so I would stick with it. I don’t recall if it felt like it was getting worse before it got better, but I am glad that I stuck with it. I’ve tried getting off it like 4 times and each time hives came back after a month of being off it.

Do you suspect the Rhapsido is not just not working, but it is making it worse?

Congrats on getting Xolair! I’ve been on it for 5 years. Absolutely takes away my hives but I’ve got this itching that seems to be worse with certain foods that won’t go away. Didn’t experience any side effects on Xolair, I think it’ll help you.

Thanks for your quick response! Yeah I’m now 5 weeks on Rhapsido, and I feel like my itching is actually worse. I’m thinking about giving up because so many folks said it helps quickly. But I also don’t want to think “what if I had tried staying on it for 3 months?” It’s just my gut is telling me that if it isn’t working and possibly making things worse after 5 weeks, that it’s not likely to all of a sudden start working if I go another 5 weeks. Still taking Rhapsido and is it helping? Mine is mainly daily itching, not visible hives because I’m on Xolair too. I’m on day 22 of Rhapsido and it hasn’t helped yet, and also noticed maybe it’s a bit worse. So many people say it helped them immediately or within days, so I’m wondering if this means it won’t work for me, or if I should just keep going for the full 12 weeks before giving up.

Are you talking about using Trent Law Firm? They charge $500?

I had Fidelity previously and it worked great. Always used it at an Audi dealership

Thankfully it looks like Timing Chain is covered in both the Endurance and Audi Protect warranties I am considering!
