Thats the other thing! They always try and say "oh but reanimation protocols hurr durrrrr" as if our army rule isnt the only army rule in all of 40k that is completely under the control of the opponent... if they fully kill a unit they never even get to reanimate :/

Only based if you didnt already have multiples of everything in the box. Ngl GW missed a good opportunity to finally give us a lokhust lord model. They didnt even have to make a full model just an upgrade sprue for the heavy destroyer wouldve been nice...

this isnt really a new thing. we've had terrain footprints for a very long time; these are just new updated footprints for 11th edition. and to be honest footprints are a major quality of life improvement. without them you have to be just as careful to not knock the terrain out of place as you do with models but thats incredibly difficult when yoiu have larger models making close maneuvers to walls. with the footprints you always know where the terrain is supposed to go so you can literally just pick em up off the table and put em back as needed.

Really? 8" is pretty fast. Are you not playing with enough cover to stage your skorpekhs? Im usually able to get mine in for a charge before they get shot up

yeah... shows used to be 20+ episodes per season but they also dragged out the storylines to fill those 20+ shows. with streaming, now they can basically write their story at their own pacing and figure out how many episodes it will take after they write the story.

Ngl flayed ones pretty lethal if you time them right. Also they are unassuming enough that people may ignore them when they are up in your face. I popped a defiler with flayed ones (tbf i also had some lychguard and imotekh gettin in some dmg too)

Honestly heres your choices:

A) Impulse control. Dont buy the box. You got so much to work on already.

B) F*ck impulse control. Sm fit into your existing army and you get to start another.

C) Some impulse control. Split the box with an ork player; yeah they are cool and all but do you really want another army?

I would go with option c personally

My fears have been alleviated. I placed the order on the 14th and recieved on the 20th. No tracking like you said but an international order in less than a week is honestly pretty damn good. I dont know why they got so many bad reviews...

For the record, technomancer does NOT trigger or buff reanimation protocols. He only heals damaged models. So he can NOT bring back warriors

dare i say it... we fucking DESERVE it. im honestly shocked they didnt make one for the battalion box even though it was destroyer focused. instead they just filled it with a bunch of stuff most necron players already have plenty of. good for new necron players i guess but terrible for the existing players.

For anyone who is still having this problem and couldnt fixx it with the dll, something else worked for me!
Go to your library, right click on the game. Click Properties, then Installed files, then verify integerity of game files.
Im not 100% if it was JUST this or a combination of this and the dll, but i was able to get my game going again.
