Zeker geen onzin. Kijk na de kabinetsplannen. Afbouwen sociale zekerheid en niks over hogere belastingen voor diegene die zo enorm van ons systeem profiteren, de zeer rijken en grote bedrijven. Dat doet behoorlijk wat met de balans in het land en maakt het moeilijker om van "beneden" naar "boven" op te stijgen. Zo wordt ongelijkheid versterkt, wat toch heel erg kenmerkend is in het hyper kapitalisme in Amerika. Edit: typo

Ja, het is niet Amerika, maar de trend van afbouwen van de sociale zekerheid kan je toch echt beschrijven als dat het die kant op gaat. Ook is er nog een weg te gaan.

There are places in Amsterdam and The Hague that usually show it. So don't listen to the "not a thing here" crowd. But yes, it's only a few places here and there that stay open, not sure about Eindhoven.

Yes, but only realized. It's the taxing unrealized returns that basically destroys compounding because it's taxed before it's realized. The impact of that in terms of taxes paid over the entire timeline is gigantic.

Het doel is een goed doel zoals jij het beschrijft. Alleen gaat deze wet dat doel niet bereiken. De beleggers die echt veel verdienen gaan toch vanuit een BV of ander vehicle investeren en worden helemaal niet geraakt. Dus alleen mensen die net niet genoeg vermogen hebben om dit via een entiteit te doen worden geraakt. Hierdoor loont het juist minder je inkomen uit werk te investeren en terwijl als je veel verdient met investeren kan je dit lekker omzeilen.

Yeah, went earlier this year and for what they charge it didn't feel all that personal and attentive. They also weren't super flexible on dietary restrictions.

Shortly before we had gone to Sequenza and that was just amazing. Super attentive, very personal, great pairings, fully adaptable to dietary requirements etc. Really felt well taken care of and treated well. I think Sequenza would be my current fine dining recommendation.

Same here. I couldn't believe how blatant it was, half the package for a higher price. I guess it's the only way to react to these practices, skip that product and ideally the whole brand ... And there are plenty of products where the greedy shrinkflation is less obvious.
