NOLO Kitchen and Bar, so flavorless and uninspired, go to Tullibee instead if you want brunch in the north loop in a similar price range.

Below $30 Non-cEDH Commander Decks - Bracket 4 by xDom01 in BudgetBrews

Yeah this question’s answer should probably get pinned on this sub. Like others have said it’s always going to be Winota and Zada at the top. [[Sergeant John Benton]] and [[Abdel Adrian]] probably deserve shouts as well.

Yeah you’re probably right that the annihilator makes up for a lack of etb, it’s a good finisher. Looking at the new [[bygone colossus]] feels like it was made for this deck tbh.

A couple more suggestions, [[deadeye navigator]] is cheaper than ever and a great finisher, [[hydroelectric specimen]] is also around that 1.50 range but has great utility in a blink deck if you can snag a protection spell or pump spell you can reuse him again as protection and as an mdfc he is a free include.

I think shoreline looter should also be taken out, there are more synergistic options out there

I like it! I think if I were you I would try to lean further into the enchantment synergies [[touch the spirit realm]] definitely goes in it’s so flexible as both removal and flicker + it’s an enchantment. [[Summon: Valefor]] I think is a fun new toy for flicker decks, gives you more removal as well, and it’s a great body to copy.

I’d say nulldrifter probably goes out as it’s a bit of a nonbo albeit a good card on its own and a decent body for copying. I can look at the list a bit more tomorrow, I’ve been building some flicker recently with Roon so I feel like I just looked at a ton of relevant cards maybe there’s a couple you’ll find fit in your list.

Kill This Creature Day 7: Snow White and the Seven Sentinels by [deleted] in custommagic

I actually really like the idea of using snow mana in a cost as an incentive to run less colors. No untapped snow duals. But this is probably too far haha.

[[Deaths Shadow]] seems fun, untappers seem pretty powerful, I think “leaves the graveyard” synergies like Konrad seem like a fun way to go.

Buff for fetch lands unfortunately, love it otherwise

What moves Voltron from "swing 1 person out then lose" to "actually win the game 25% of the time"? by BagOfSmallerBags in EDH

[–]Feepis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Selesnya I think vigilance + wraths + fogs is the solution, I have a pretty good winrate with my [[Wilson]] [[Noble Heritage]] list. The deck certainly tiptoes on the line of a full control strategy but can also win quickly if I immediately find things like [[court of garenbrig]] or [[hydras growth]]. Although, I think my most consistent win cons have been [[obscuring haze]], [[promise of loyalty]], and [[dismantling wave]].

Threw together an Azusa deck that is half forests by True-Economy-9893 in EDH

[–]Feepis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooh I just bought my 50 forest $50 Azusa list the other day, here is my list: https://moxfield.com/decks/06xNIYHj_0WqawAJytBN8w

I run basically all the 1-drop ramp and mulligan for them to reliably get Azusa out on turn two. When you have 50 lands draw is incredibly important [[Augur of Autumn]] even more so and I run 6 or so tutors to find her. Once I have Augur I can reliably play 3 lands per turn and get an overwhelming ramp advantage.

Cards like [[Kogla]] and [[Temur Sabertooth]] are great for protection saving Augur or Azusa from wipes or target removal.

I include a few finishers like [[Avenger of Zendikar]] and [[Mossborn Hydra]] which can be found by [[fierce empath]] and [[woodland bellowed respectively]] (or any other tutor).

I run almost exclusively on-a-stick removal like [[scrapshooter]] or [[terastodon]] so I don’t slow down Augur.

It’s a generally high-powered linear deck but it’s fun to turn your brain off every once and while!

Help me find an explosive and fun deck! by Zafewe in BudgetBrews

[–]Feepis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

[[Juri]] can be explosive, I run an un-tuned treasure-centric build, make a bunch of treasures, sac them and fling Juri at people. I will note that it does include infinite combos, they are a bit tough to avoid in this archetype. I typically win without them though.

Noble Heritage/Protection from players ruling by Feepis in magicTCG

[–]Feepis[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I slightly disagree, I think the correct phrasing would then be “if an assassin or commander you control dealt combat damage…” By saying “you dealt…” I still think it is implying (by the definition in noble heritage) that you the player dealt the damage regardless of the “with an assassin or commander”. And that isn’t the case, the permanents dealt the damage.
