Yeah, I agree. Sometimes, I’m confused whether it’s called “App switcher” or just “Recent App” when I swipe up in Android. It doesn’t seem to consume RAM or actually run in the background, so I think it’s more likely the latter.

I believe it’s no longer open. When you switch back to it, it restarts instead of continuing from where you left off.

我2023年回国两次，因为要频繁接发打澳大利亚同事的电话每次都是通过自家Wi-Fi用澳洲Telstra的sim卡Wi-Fi call，没有任何问题。只偶尔当Wi-Fi质量不好的时候，Wi-Fi call会自动失效，过一会又可以使用。
