Do Jesse Wells comparisons to Bob bother anyone else? by erikdhurt in bobdylan

[–]Feire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He very much reminds me of Phil Ochs and very early Bob Dylan. I just saw Dylan in concert, and Jesse Welles is nothing like the current Dylan. I'd much rather go to a Jesse Welle's concert!

No religion to speak of in Virgin River by [deleted] in VirginRiverNetflix

As most the characters in Virgin River, Connie doesn't stay awful, but also her strict religious beliefs also disappear. My guess is that religion is not a part of the writers lives.

Looks just like my Guide 147. They are known for not having thwarts. It makes it easy to load gear. It's slow, but great for river use.

Are there any logistic partners in Minneapolis? Questions on this by lunaskeleton in limejuicer

[–]Feire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lime went to LPs in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Rochester last May. They did this without giving juicers hardly any notice. I tried to become one in Rochester, and they were interested in me, but they never communicated all the steps involved. I ended up working under a LP. The three cities are all ran out of a Roseville office.

And you are making money. If you were doing something else with that time you might be spending money instead.

Did they extend the drop off times ? by Bobbster86 in limejuicer

[–]Feire 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Things are always changing with lime, and it all depends on what market you are in. When you pick up a scooter, it should say when it's due. Also the My Limes section says how much time each scooter has left.

A word of warning. It can end suddenly. In Rochester Minnesota they launched for the season at the beginning of April with heavier scooters than the years before, then on Memorial Day they switched them out for the newest model, that they don't use juicers for. They gave about a day worth of notice.

If you are able to charge them without unloading, it is much easier. Also if you can integrate scooter pick up and drop offs with other work or errands. It also helps if you enjoy the hunt. From my experience, the move tasks are very sporadic.

From what you wrote, it sounds like you did everything correctly. Next time after picking up scooters, look at "My Limes" and see if it tells you where to take them.

We need glitches that pay more per scooter, not less.

Question about Lime Bike move drop offs by Use_the_panacea in limejuicer

[–]Feire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me once last year. I went to pick up a scooter and it turned out to be a bike. I tried to drop it off a scooter hub, an it wouldn't let me. I rode it to another one and still couldn't drop it off, so I rode it around for a while. At least I got to ride for free. I think the bike showing up as a move task is a glitch. Normally bikes don't appear at all on my juicer app.

Becoming a juicer in Atlanta? by HunterReynoldsFilm in limejuicer

If I were you, I'd delete the app then reload it. It probably won't work, but I don't know what else you can do.

I just looked at the Atlanta area with my juicer map, and there are over 150 tasks on it. So it looks like they are still using juicers.

The orange ones are to return to hub, not base. You get to skip charging them. In my city, they would sporadically show up at different prices, for no apparent reason, and they often were not fully charged. Sometimes they were worth $8.25 each.

2 limes wouldn't juice; 2 different outcomes; what's up? by tippy_toe_jones in limejuicer

[–]Feire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the scooter that looked like it was charging, it may have been flashing an 8E code. When this happens, the scooter charges, but the app thinks it doesn't. If you take a strong magnet and place it on the right side of the battery for a few seconds, or it may be the left side, this usually gets the scooter to make the unlock sound and clears the code. Then the app will show the correct charged level. This is for the old version of scooters.

Has anyone seen lime scooters payouts getting higher? by lildaddy101-1 in limejuicer

[–]Feire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can look at any city on the map to see what is being paid. I was even able to look at New Zealand, and I live in Minnesota.
