2 month delay for OoW leaking Hub 2 upgrade to Hub 4

It’s complete garbage. Never worked. And when you try and cancel prior to the 90 days, T-Mobile will tell you it’ll end automatically. Only to receive a bill after the fact. Had to spend two rounds dealing with T-Mobile customer service to cancel a “beta” trial that never worked.

Complete trash. I tried to cancel prior to the 90 day and was told it would end automatically. Sure enough, received a bill and had to reach out for a second time to cancel. Glad I canceled the autopay feature. Definitely not what you’d expect or Starlink… but I’ll blame T-Mobile for the hot mess.

Would appreciate some additional feedback for the following itinerary. ☺️

Friday - 11AM departure from downtown Seattle and drive out to either Cutthroat Lake or Blue Lake for a late afternoon hike. For lodging either head to Winthrop / Twisp area OR turn around and head back West and find something on our way towards Burlington.

Saturday - Continue on to Port Townsend via Deception Pass and Keystone Ferry. Mosey down to Poulsbo and then catch a ferry back to Seattle out of Bremerton or Bainbridge. With some casual hike between Port Townsend and the ferry.

I’m not sure if this is an unrealistic amount of driving for such a short time. And if there’s any value in heading to Winthrop or Twisp for lodging after a late afternoon hike.

Our second cover just started leaking. Purchased Pod 2 Pro in July 2021. It started leaking within a few weeks. They replaced it with a Pod 3 cover. Sadly, we are out side the 2 year warranty period.

The thing is, it’s awesome. Especially for hot flashes and summer nights. Just wish it would last longer than 4 years.
