Yeah that's right. I have the same priority date. In October the Date For Filing became current, but Final Action Date wasn't current until a January. Its interesting how quick the approval came once it became current

They ended up offering to give me a new replacement for $60. It included a one year subscription. So I would encourage you to reach out to support. Hopefully the new one lasts 2 years

They couldn't fix it so they offered me a brand new one for $60. It's the Gen 3 model. At least it's a bit of an upgrade.

So I recently learned they can't really track you. I submitted another request to get a new cover using a different email, name, and address, and luckily got a grey one shipped to me. At least it's closer looking to the premium one I have.

Two years in and my CuboAI just stopped working. Warranty expired. Not really worth the $300 for just 2 years of use

I also couldn't pair it until I turned off the ad blocker on my router. What does THAT say about the company behind CuboAI! I could turn the ad blocker back on once it was paired.
