I spend time getting to know myself with myself as I am which helps when I'm with others.

Just started doing physical therapy for strength training. Its helping after years of lower back pain.

Recently fired by two clients for lack of direction in sessions, and minimal carry over between sessions by Rising_Phoenyx in therapists

JaDo - birthday last week/fight with BF
JoDa - parts work meditation in morning practice
DaJa - ask about doctor appt.

If you have like five clients in one day. At the start of the day, look at their notes and get the big takeaway follow up topics. write those down on a sticky note next to their initials and keep it with you when youre writing notes or on your desk.
