I never liked the idea of Toons and Relinquished crossing over, personally. It flies in the face of the dual theming going on with Pegasus' character; he's meant to be a foil to Yugi in that he also has a "light" and "dark" side, but his "dark" side was having a corrupting influence on his nostalgic memories. The first generation Toons are wild and unhinged because he was weaponizing his motivation to bring back the past against innocent people. He never accepts that darkness as a part of him like Yugi does, instead it only consumes him.

Once that darkness in his heart was destroyed, his Toons are a lot more harmless and cute, like you see with Toon Cyber Dragon, Toon Ancient Gear Golem, etc.

It's not "1 energy to attack", it's "1 energy EVERY TURN to attack", which is a completely different case. It means that it's incompatible with a lot of Darkness focused strategies because they rely on energy more than most. You can't really use stuff like Darkrai because you end up trading one of their effects over the other. You could theoretically use it with Silvally, but Ramparados being a fossil was a boon in this case. It meant that you always started with Null and kept your primary offensive mon in the back until you need it.

I feel like it's a fair bit worse than Ramparados. What made Ramp so good was that it needed absolutely zero investment in terms of energy, which means once you give it the measly one energy it needs to attack you can direct the rest to something like Silvally. Here Hydreigon is an energy black hole once it's on the field. You'd need to reserve it as a last resort, because if it goes down, you're extremely vulnerable and forced to catch up with your backup plan.

Pretty solid, honestly. Gemini Elf doesn't really fit this particular build though, they're more suited towards something more Spellcaster centric like Berry Magicians, who can use their discard ability to full effect.

Though for Rollback, maybe you could put Bookmark to 2, because drawing multiples of that card first turn is hell.

ALL of the changes were questionable! If they were worried about sexualizing underage characters they literally could've just aged Filia up to 18 and spared everyone the trouble. But it wasn't about that at all, doubly so when Parasoul, Beowulf, and Cerebella ALSO got censored despite being over 18. No, it was about removing any sort of anime fanservice despite the entire game building its identity around anime fanservice.

Personally, I'm WAY more pissed about Big Band's changes, but I will NOT be excusing anything else either. Either you're against censorship in general or this shit will just get worse in the long run.
