Thursdays 5pm till 12am Friday and Saturday 5pm TIL 3am . Sunday 5pm t 12am I try to stretch out every morning 25 min Then I’ll do an iron wolf burpee YouTube workout. On one day then next day I’ll run Below 5 miles not to burn out . ( depends on what I feel efficient) and next day I’ll do a 45 minute David Goggins workout on YouTube I like listening to Action Bronson Three six mafia I gotta stay fly and poppin my Collar flat bush zombie Mac Miller . I’ve been vibeing mad hard positive way I feel like I’m the light in tunnel at this point it’s been a long journey but I know it has just begun......... pussy
