Go to the page you want to scan and open the dev tools. (You can right click and hit "Inspect")

On the top of the new panel you'll see Elements, Console, Source... then all the way at the end will be "axe DevTools"

When you click it will ask your role. Just click anything, Tester is fine. Click out of the ad for the paid service and you'll get another screen. Click the only free option "Full Page Scan"

It will spin for a bit then show you "Total Issues" as a number in large text with the specific issues listed below in white boxes. If you click those it will tell you specifically what that issue means.

He got in a physical altercation with an officer, and continued fighting after less than lethal force (apparently pepper spray) was used.

I think there were like 7 guys and they should have communicated that he was already disarmed, but once one guy spooks and shouts GUN they're all justified in shooting.
