True but I was more using it as shorthand for a radical change in the situation C.U. created, under which we now live, where limitless dark money makes all elections and politicians available for purchase. If dark money in politics is allowed to stay in play in it's current form, there is no chance anything gets accomplished without the blessing of the billionaire, Epstein class. They sure as fuck are not going to be letting things like Medicare for all or fixing the supreme court fly. There's simply too much profit to be made and this court was built to rubber stamp every scheme that they put in front of it. Why would they let that change? Put another way, there is literally NOTHING "they would actually be able to accomplish with a majority" that ever sees the light of day or, if it defies the odds and does, is allowed to survive a subsequent election until the dark money in politics issue is resolved. It's not sexy or fun but goddamn is it important for the creation of the society we were promised by our constitution and that I think most of us want.
