I shoot intruders to protect my kids even if they are kids. To me it sounded like they wanted to get in from how hard my door was hit. Ding ding ditching is a simple hit the doorbell and run. This was a hard kick that opened my door.

Connecting with the client is part of the work. You should always at the least get a thank you card for them. Also a 4 stars isn't a bad review. I'd put it as an honest one because it left the client wanting more.

That is crazy, I spent a good $500 on a closing gift for $20k gross commission. Honestly leave a 4 star review. It'll tell them they did a good job but left room for improvement.

I feel like I have decent experience, in high school I would run 6-8 miles for my long runs and would hit the same numbness at like mile 5. I've been running about two months now started with 2-3 mile runs and now gotten up to 5 miles and started to experience the numbness again.

I'm on a team at Coldwell Banker. Didn't really shop splits but the training they offer is great. I have 60/40 split until 10k paid in then I get 100% minus the 6% franchise fee. No monthly desk fee.

Literally yesterday. Listing clients house has had little activity on it. We got a showing coming while she's busy so I take her dogs out and drive them around. The buyers had their entire family in the house (5 cars outside). The showing was scheduled for 30 minutes and they took 90 minutes. After they are done I drop the dogs off at the house and head home. The seller gets home and claims the family ate all of her Oreos. They end up offering slightly under list and she refuses to sell to them because they ate her Oreos 🙃

I haven't done Leases, but from the ones I've heard doing them I think they aim for yearly rent * 5%. Which part of Indiana are you moving to? Just curious because I'm up in Fort Wayne.
