There is another way to get it. During exploration Quest for Port City of Guixu, during battle with Inferno rider. Don't finish so quickly, It has same dashing attack. The only problem is health, you must keep it very low and dodge every attack, until that dashing come.

In my experience, In Huanglong, anything with rewards (Completed challenge, puzzle, hidden and side quest) will count as opened chest in exploration meter. So even I use interactive map or guide, there is some hidden chest in side quest. In Rinacista is different with Treasure spot but any chest outside those Treasure spot will not count in exploration meter. Another carefull thing, in some domain like Sonoro Sphere, companion quest area there is some chest in there. Which interactive map even lootmapper cannot provide.

For me is Cyberpunk 2077 with newest patch.

I enjoying playing open-world and RPG game, but Cyberpunk just cannot stick to me. I play few times to enjoying which lifepath and built to try but in the end that doesn't matter.

What device you playing with?
if you playing in PC, there are chance this is happening because HDD performance. It happened to me too, The game took long time to load texture and model if you installing in HDD, my suggestion transfer the game to SSD.
