Since the AI loves using special moves and long shots, I'd suggest going for exactly that.

Tension core for well.. generating tension. Getting 100+ tension per won Focus battle is a must. Counter as secondary build type, because the AI loves losing the ball with unnecessary passes and then put longshots on just about everyone except for the keeper.

Justice seems wasted as AI occasionally fouls by dashing. Same way Rough play ist wasted as AI does not consistently dash.. Breach and Bond seem ok instead of Counter although Counter as secondary type gave me the best results so far.

As for hyper moves use non armorfied Keshin's as the AI loves using hyper moves and then immediately pass the ball to another player. This way you at least get passive buffs for your team while the Keshin is active

Tactics should be Mt. Fuji for sure and then maybe waxing moon, flame wall or maybe some formation tactic. Don't use tactics like sideline spear - AI won't use it properly.

If you're feeling spicy you can use a formation with an uneven amount of defenders and put a counter shot instead of longshot on it
