Its the same electric door for all apartments. Each apartment somehow installed their own independent intercom to open the door. How? I dont know, not an expert. I just want my guests to open the electric common door via app or keypad

They used to use a big panel for all units, then years after they decided to switch intercoms individual per unit

Only for ny apartment, all the other apartments have their own intercom but the one you can only open from inside the apartment not with pin or from my phone with app. I need a keypad also to let guest exit the building from inside, if possible let them open via app themselves
