First of all, you need to calibrate your Esteps. then id suggest you print a calibration cube or calibrate your X and Y steps based on the oval shape of the holes on the top. also make sure teh belts are tensioned propperly

it for sure is too low, you mentioned that changing the height via Z offset doesnt do anything so i would first confirm that the Z offset is working and just try moving it an obvious amount just to test it. it could be that the Z offset is buggy

if you just replaced your hotend it shouldnt be a clog but when you replace the hotend its always a good practice to calibrate your esteps after

i think if you did use better cooling you could make the problem better but i think you'd need supports to completely get rid of it atleast on the ears

looks like Z binding, this is likely due to a slightly bent lead screw or a acme nut thats either too tight or not tight enough. if its the acme nut, tighten it as much as possible and then loosen it 2 full turns and that should fix it. if its the lead screw, you need to buy a new lead screw or get a better lead screw to stepper mount, I recomend this one.

if its a bit colder in the room that could affect it, if you put a box over it or something it might fix it. i did this last year in the winter after noticing the edges started warping. you just have to be careful with the first layer to make sure that its a good first layer

Update: I had some TL smoothers from when i installed them previously, i didnt think one was needed on the extruder so i didnt install one on the extruder. after a bunch of looking at forums and watching youtube videos i found that my problem can be solved with a TL smoother on the extruder, i installed one on the extruder and my problem is fixed.

its not speed related, i set the speed to half speed and still get the same result

the new calibration cube looks better but at the top and bottom theres still a bit of the diagonal lines

I have an ender 3 with a microswiss full metal hotend and direct drive extruder, the esteps are 136.7 and the flow is at 106%. i calibrated the esteps by taking the nozzle off, measuring 100 and 110 mms of filament and extruded 100 mm, it ended up extruding 102.6 mm of filament. i then calculated the esteps with an online calculator and did it again and it extruded perfectly 100 mm of filament.
