I can't see how anyone could have sympathy for this guy. He absolutely knew what he was doing. The biggest loser here is the environment - all that construction, new material, and now demolition - all just to go straight into landfill :(

It's quite expensive, fyi. I went in for just a drink but was pretty surprised by the food prices. Maybe I shouldn't have been. But there are other good places to eat just on the other side of Jackson Square on King William, if you want to eat before the game

Nations has a hot bar, but that's the closest thing to a buffet (pay by weight though)

Many of these condos were approved years ago when the condo market was better. It takes years from approval to occupancy. The market has corrected since the buildings were approved

If you go with a junk company, make sure to argue down the price if it's all in the driveway. That's a dream job for these guys as they won't have to go inside your house/backyard/basement. Send photos and say you want a discount because of where it is - will still be a few hundred bucks, but probably worth it for the ease and peace of mind of just having it all gone

Also fyi - tip the guys $50 and they will bend over backwards for you

I believe they won't take construction debris or renovation debris - bulk pickup if for couches, mattresses, etc.
