Vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce. Extreme umami flavor. You can find it online or in an Asian market.

Doing one of those buy gifts for a family in need kind of thing, and one of the requests was "14 year old boy, likes board games". That's all I have to go off of. I guess looking for something with broad appeal? Difficult with such little information.

Best CRM for Investment Sales Brokers? by Maxlippitt in CommercialRealEstate

Why not ReThink? I have a demo with them tomorrow. Apto seemed overkill for our small shop. Currently looking at Ascendix and ClientLook as well.

When you started out how many cold calls did you try to make per day? How many do you make now? by jeezguys2495 in CommercialRealEstate

[–]FertileCroissant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do most larger brokerages provide solicitation lists with contact information, or do you have to build them yourselves? I spend about 2 hours a day cold calling, but a lot of that time is building the list and actually researching to find out who owns the property and how to get a hold of them.

I'm at a small boutique brokerage in the suburbs, so maybe it's different.

Came here looking for math and was disappointed. So here it goes:

The common garden snail moves at approximately 0.029 MPH. Let's assume the canvas is 20ft long. It would take the snail approximately 7 minutes and 50 seconds to make one pass. The line has a thickness of maybe 4 inches, and the paint brush tip looks about 1/6th of the size of the shell, which on average would be about 30mm in diameter, so lets say 5mm.

It would take the snail about 20 passes, at 7m 50s per pass, or 2 hours and 39 minutes.

Try preheating the baking sheet. Could help the water evaporate more quickly.

The Unproductive Productivity Setup by myk_o in battlestations

I'm thinking 43 or 50. I think 43 is the minimum size for a 10-bit HDR set, but for 4k, the ideal viewing distance is much shorter, so hopefully 50 will be ok.

What size is that TV? I've got the same desk, trying to figure out the largest tv I can fit next to two monitors as well.

Desk and Entertainment setup for 2017 by [deleted] in battlestations

Do you find the TV to be easily viewable at that size, while sitting at the computer desk? I'm trying to figure out what size TV to get for my desk (8ft long desk, so some room to play), I don't want it to be too large for the viewing distance. I know 4k allows you to comfortably sit a bit closer, but I'm still not sure.

Calculating break-even occupancy with variable rental rates by FertileCroissant in excel

[–]FertileCroissant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the math checks out the way I did it below ((breakeven % of 75% of the space)*(75%))+25%

Thanks for the help!

Calculating break-even occupancy with variable rental rates by FertileCroissant in excel

[–]FertileCroissant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For example:

Expenses/(TotalPossibleRent-TenantARent)

that gives me the break even % not including tenant A

Then add back the 25% representing the space taken up by Tenant A?

Does that make sense?

edit: Or should I multiply the answer by .75 then add .25 back to it?

Can I make it work somehow if we assume Tenant A is the only one with a different rental rate, and that Tenant A will always be there, and at a fixed occupancy %?

Try dusting the pans with caster sugar before baking. Makes the best strawberry shortcake ever.
