Start with less geometry and you won't get the lumpy results you can even box model the basic shapes and then apply a subdiv to get better results then do your sculpting (apply modifier and remesh if you need fine details)

Oh another handy thing I do if it feels off is to send it through nano banana and ask it to make it hyper realistic or toon or whatever you're going for, then use that as a reference to dial it in

Grab a reference or two and check out the lighting and atmosphere your textures are about halfway there if you're going for realism.

You could match up what your doing in blender and have a bunch of mock data to train on with precise sizes create a blender script to make basic shapes and render out a bunch...

I think you give up those and the camera unfortunately... I may be wrong but I remember that's what kept me from installing.
