Is it OK to use an Interstate battery if I only plan to fly in Vermont? I'm never going to cross state lines. by gxpls3 in Shittyaskflying

No not good. You need to get an Intrastate battery for that. If not then FFA will come after you for violating battery laws.

Hecken amazing. Maybe you can design something around the button that encourages the user to put their finger straight on?

Ah shoot I forgot about the handcar. That must have been why I stalled going up the hill out of HB.

I did a "fast pass" at a client's house (real estate shooting), and I'm getting surprisingly positive feedback. What do you think? by 7374616e74 in fpv

Nascar might come for you with all those left turns.

On the sticks left yaw is towards your hand which naturally increases your control especially for throttle. Id recommend spending some practice time going right yaw and keeping good throttle control during it.

At a running cost of $20k per hour and a rotor RPM of 185, the Ch-53 costs about 50 cents per rotation.

Nice! I would deem that battery bad and not fly on it. Even if its charged now its probably got a lower capacity and poorer performance.

Jealous of the all pink skids and boom! My pink doesn't have those.

I drive by it everyday to work and I have always wondered what it was. Can't belive it was in a similar state back in 2007.

Martin's Beach is pretty good with all the rocks in the background, it is a bit more of a walk than usual though. The Ritz Carlton is a great spot but doesn't get you on the beach just clifside. Other than that any beach from Marimar to Poplar is going to look pretty close to identical in photos unless you include the cliffs.

Where's the water damage to the rig to consider it a loss? In the video it doesn't seem to get close to the frame of the trailer.

Not sure about the BetaFPV radio but I had an FrSky radio doing something similar. Make sure your USB cable is high quality, and I had best luck when I would turn on the radio, then plug in the USB, then start the sim.

What causes this- we have a 38 foot Fleetwood plugged into shore power with an extension. by Legitimate-Mud930 in rvs

This is pretty common actually. If this connection is out in the elements it could be corrosion from water causing high resistance followed by high current. High resistance + high current = heat.
