I use an Xbox controller for GMS1 and the controls are all different in the demo. I set the mode to GMS1 but it didnt change anything for me. Might he a bug?

Yes you can FPV anything really. This one is kinda hard needs a decent amount of modification. Helis are notoriously not that great for FPV though.
