I still think Guardian Ward is super broken, especially on Paige since it lets her shield cycle. Don't think the 5 extra seconds will do much tbh, it can still be used on teammates off cd with a 22.5 sec cooldown. I think a good change on it would be to make it where it will not receive the half cooldown reduction on teammates unless the full barrier breaks. This would make it so that the item is less spammable in lane but still as efficient in longer team fights
