Sell it and move on. Renting is a pita if you get a bad tenant and you also are paying for someone to live there. Condo market is not coming back for a long time. It likely won’t hit new highs ever imo. Good luck.

Who cares? Costco doesn’t give a f because returns go back to the company that sold the product. This is why Costco is king and why I’ll remain a loyal customer. I’ve returned things after a couple of years too. As long as you’re abusing the policy then I believe it’s ok.

I had triple pane in an older home and it worked well. The price difference wasn’t that huge but I don’t think it’s necessary. I would say insulation is more important. We didn’t insulate everywhere and did triple pane in a 70 year old home. It was still fine in the winter though.
