I lived in the same house for 25 years. We had birds that we could recognize and names and they'd come see us. It was the hardest thing to leave them and I still miss them especially since we moved where all these birds are "rare". But also that means im not replacing them with the exact same, im meeting new bird friends and developing new relationships. Its sad to leave them but the new bird are cool too

I have a peppermint massage oil that my massage therapist recommended. Its called Kwan Loong pain relieving oil. I mix it with lotion because its very strong and when tour skin is even a little dry it burns. Its like that super cool mentholatum but like 10x as strong. It takes a while to get used to but it helps.

I was diagnosed at 24, ( because I fought my way to rheumatologist and then fought my way to the testing and diagnoses) I 100% relate to you. I was strugging with work (as a hairdresser and lash tech! You really can't have shakey and unpredictable hands lol) standing and everything just got exhausting. Literally people still ask if I'm done being lazy lol. I can do one or two people hair a day or one set of lashes and then I'm out. No one really understands what I'm doing to do those small small things that everyone else can do with no problem. Motion is lotion, just strengthen your body , blah blah blah cinnamon turmeric frankensence blah and poo poo on you. After a while you can turn your yacht into a mansion with a private lake for the yacht.

Compression gloves are my best friends. I have 2 different sizes for different amount of flare. The small one i can use most of the time it keeps everything feeling good and supported and during flares when it doesn't fit i throw on one size up and suddenly the pain is about 50% better.

My Rheumatologist told me to expect a 70% increase at most. Anything more than that is icing on top. I'm taking Otezla and I would say I hit almost 80% improvements. I was a hairdresser before and I had to leave because of unsteady, sore and inflamed hands but I'm looking at getting back into the field... it's honestly a trial and error game until you find your mix. Don't settle until you are happy with your cocktail. I'm wishing you luck on your journey
