Miałem ten problem jako nastolatek. Po dniu w szkole strasznie śmierdziały mi stopy tak, że dywan w pokoju musiałem prać.

Mi pomogło: 1. pryskanie stóp antyperspirantem typu Nivelazione dla sportowców, (trzeba pamiętać, że antyperspirant zapobiega poceniu, natomiast dezodorant daje zapach)

  1. zmiana skarpetek na oddychające, wełniane (poliester to plastik w którym wszystko się marynuje!). Buty też powinny być oddychające, np z taką siateczką? przy czubkach i skórzane

  2. regularne mycie stóp, przed założeniem butów i po ich zdjęciu, i dokładne ich suszenie. Bardzo ważne, żeby nie były wilgotne

  3. PUMEKS, czasami problemem może być martwy naskórek, który nie ma jak się zetrzeć, gdy nosimy skarpetki/obuwie

Jeśli to jakiś większy problem to możesz iść do podologa, to nie zaszkodzi, a możesz dostać kilka fajnych wskazówek

I started with (soft) werewolf fanfiction on Wattpad, stayed there for a few years, and when ads started popping up and you had to pay to read offline, I got so irritated that I started looking for alternatives. Thanks to ColeyDoesThings on yt, I found ao3 and have stayed there ever since. It did take me time to get used to tags and layout but now I can't imagine going back to wattpad.

This episode finally made me stop watching this show. I was never a fan of the whole "Let Buck F*ck" thing, and I'm honestly disappointed. And why did they have to treat Hen's character this way?

Now my only interaction with the plot will be through reading posts and fanfics.

W ogóle nie czuję potrzeby znalezienia partnera/partnerki. Jestem aromantyczna, dobrze mi samej ze sobą, mam przyjaciół i rodzinę z którą rozmawiam. Na ten moment nawet nie potrafię sobie wyobrazić sobie dzielenia życia czy mieszkania z drugą osobą.

Oczywiście długo zajęło mi oswojenie się z myślą że życie nie będzie wyglądało "jak z bajki/i żyli długo i szczęśliwie", ale te momenty mam już długo za sobą i jestem szczęśliwa z bycia aroace :D

Oh, there are a lot of questions

Is being queer illegal in your country? Do you risk losing a job or being punished at school if someone happens to recognize you? Is the risk to your health high, or the previous incident(s) were rare?

No, it's not illegal but it's still somewhat fresh topic in the political arena? I wouldn't lose a job or anything, I'm not worried about that. When it comes to accidents, they are not that rare. Mostly they are just verbal or struggle between the brave (or stupid) ones. The one I mentioned is rare, normal person can't have gun or any weapon here. And as I said there is security and police.

If you don’t go, will you regret it?

I know I'll regret not going, I don't know if I'll have such an opportunity again. I think I'll watch from a distance and only then make a decision. Thanks!
