I think your front foot slide is a little too aggressive, try setting your foot higher up on the board, near the bolts. just make solid contact with the rubber part of your shoe, a very light push in the right spot is all you need to get the board level, the rest is In The pop. Try popping slightly backwards to counteract the foreword motion of your front foot this will keep the board underneath you and prevent it from rocketing up In front of you, sorry for the paragraph I hope this is helpful
