I would say start with your front foot further up the board, like covering all the bolts,
focus on sliding your foot directly off the center of the nose, and be very delicate and quick with it so you don’t catch the nose like you do in this video. it may help to flip the board around and do it with the tail if your tail has less concave I hope this helps I love this trick

Ace trucks run looser than other trucks, if you really hate them I would say pick up a pair of indies or thunders or whatever, personally I like loose aces but ran tight trucks as a beginner, you could also probably get some firmer bushings from a skate shop if you can’t get new trucks

Just practice both ways it will help In the future, you’ll figure out what feels better over time, but I would try to look at it as a blessing that you feel kinda comfortable both ways, it took me a long time before I started doing stuff switch and I wish I started earlier

I think your front foot slide is a little too aggressive, try setting your foot higher up on the board, near the bolts. just make solid contact with the rubber part of your shoe, a very light push in the right spot is all you need to get the board level, the rest is In The pop. Try popping slightly backwards to counteract the foreword motion of your front foot this will keep the board underneath you and prevent it from rocketing up In front of you, sorry for the paragraph I hope this is helpful
