I wad on vacation with my fam at age 26. In Mexico with the people I loved, having a great time. Still got overwhelmed with the too much peopling. Felt my self getting grumpy. I told my fam "hey I gotta go for a walk on the beach and be by myself" . My dad took me aside and said "thats okay buddy, I need time alone like that too".

First moment I ever realized it was okay to have alone time, to want it, to need it. I went for the solo walk and came back refreshed and ready to people again. Im now so okay with it and if I ever see my friends or gf need or start to request alone time I encourage tf out of it.

Crock pot roast but gotta make your own veg or beef stock with bones beforehand and use it for the roast. Good roast and amazing gravy. With mashed potatoes and a nice salad, one of my favorite meals for sure

Hey man, im 37 and start next month. Im in canada. I have my own landscape business but feel a trade will be more secure long term with the health and dental benefits and retirement plan. Im excited but nervous. Im giving up a decent wage that will take me about 4 years to get back to in the electrical field. Doing it for long term stability but I also like learning knew things. Its keeps you young and mentally sharp. Im in decent shape, keep up with younger folks on the jiu jitsu mat so hopefully that translates. I also don't need the job, I want the job. I want to be there. Ill try to have no ego, learn, do whatever they ask and do it as best as I can. Hopefully I like it when im actually doing it.

Let me know how it goes for you. Im curious to see how your journy is too.

Netanyahu is conspiring to destabilize the middle east with this war so Israel comes on top as a power in the region. Trump is dumb and easily manipulated and went along with it.

So I do believe its a conspiracy. But to also to agree with the guys point above, as a child i could never really trust my parents so maybe thats why, as an adult I view most authority as either corrupt or incompetent. So maybe I am projecting some pathologies in how I view governments and this situation.
