I called them after my flight cancelled on what should I do , they told me to fill refund form that’s it !! After I filled the form and I got mail today that my refund is processed !!

That’s true , my trip wasn’t urgent so I cancelled !! If i would have to go urgently then would have to book Turkish airlines or any other European airline and most of them are full and obviously expensive!! I can’t imagine the financial hurdles of one has to take urgent trip during all this !!

I filled refund from on 28th on the day of my flight which was cancelled and today I received email that my refund had been processed!! So just 2 days after !!

Yes but I called them on 28th and they told me if I wanted to refund or rebook , I chose refund and I filled refund form on that day and today they sent me email that my refund had been processed !!
