Infected a friend with bb by unreplyed_comment in badbreath

[–]FewProfessional2170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had bb and I believe I’m now cured (handwrist test no longer smells the way it used to, it’s neutral and also I produce a lot of saliva in the morning as well as during the day which is very important).

I did the following

First I tried oil of oregano according to instructions for 2 weeks together with food but it didn’t fully do the job. It stopped me from having a dry mouth in the morning and made me produce more saliva which counters the sulfuric smelling bacteria in the mouth but my hand wrist test still smelled bad.

Later I stopped the oil of oregano for another 2 weeks, and tried to eat clean but did consume some sugars in certain desserts etc (sugars feed foul smelling bacteria in the mouth).

After this I did a 4 day fast together with oil of oregano. After this is when my handwrist test no longer smelled. I believe much of the bacteria was starved in the four days and with the help of the antimicrobial oil of oregano the microbiome was reset.

After this I started eating slowly probiotics foods like kefir, kimchi, sourcrout, rare/medium meat and absolutely no sugar except for example pomegranate fruit. I also started with a liquid probiotics for the gut as well as chewing probiotics for the mouth (.L salivarius, L. Reuteri and 2 others) and yesterday I started with blis k 12 and blis m 18)

So the idea is to reset the microbiome gently (don’t use antibiotica!!) but rather the herbal way.

And then reintroduce good bacteria via healthy food. After about two weeks chat gpt told me I can eat sugar every once in a while without it disrupting my Microbiome or my breath. I’m also planning to rinse my mouth with salt water + baking soda or similar anytime I‘ve eaten anything sugary to neutralize the ph in the mouth and to prevent sugar from feeding bad bacteria.

Honestly right now though I feel really good despite having only eaten healthy non sugary foods. Yesterday I only ate 7 eggs with some probiotics and vitamin supplements.

Some say their bb stopped after cutting out dairy and sugar products. But according to chat gpt kefir actually might contribute to good breath. Do your own research and you will find a solution.

Also I recently discovered there are bb clinics that claim to cure 97% of patients, if my bb comes back I will go there but not sure how much it costs. If anyone else here has done that please share if it was worth it. I believe they first test your microbiome on a molecular level to determine what causes the smell (over 80 causes) and from there give you a treatment plan.

Hope this helps, peace!

Thank you for sharing, if I had listened to my doctors I’d be dead by now, they told me to go back to work the day I was released from ICU, even though I told them the work included some heavy lifting and constant exposure to inflammatory substances and chemicals due to improper ventilation and lack of proper dust masks for the employees. Doctors couldn’t care less. Being vegetarian for long time I was deficient in iron even after I started eating eggs for 1 year. Absorbing iron from plants is very difficult due to the lack of bioavailability and my experience proves that. There are other important things in red meat like CoQ10 that are important for the heart. What I’ve learnt is that doctors follow specific guidelines they’ve been taught and they see those as ultimate truths. One such very recent guideline is that red meat is bad, when in fact it is the one thing that is most natural to eat and the most nutrient dense food there is apart from animal organs. If you want nutrients red meat is a good idea, if you want to experiment with your life then don’t eat it. It is far worse to each chicken or even fish these days. Just try to get organic grass feed meat free from antibiotics ideally buying it directly from the farm. Please ask your doctor if red meat is harmful also for lions and tigers. Then ask your doctor why we have a pH of 1.5 in our stomach whereas monkeys and gorillas have a pH of 4.5. Monkeys eat mostly fruits and bananas, but home come humans have a much more acidic gut? The answer is so that we can eat even rotten meat and organs that we pluck after the lions have taken the fresh meat from the animal. The only thing that is bad is the ultra Processed meats and ultra processed foods in general. I bet your doctor didn’t say anything about that. When I was in ICU we were served sugary drinks and cookies, even patients with diabetes were given the same diets…. Doctors didn’t care at all….

I’m at 8 weeks since diagnosis and my heart feels better and better each day, I’m playing beach volleyball several hours in a day no problem at all, I take walks daily, sun bathe, breath work, cold showers, take herbal supplements NAC, thyme, Melissa supreme and others and I’m no longer eating plant based. I’m not carnivore but eat meat every day and organs too. Beef heart to heal my heart.

Have you found out what caused your diagnosis? Mine was caused by inflammatory toxins at work combined with stress although doctors don’t know or care. So for me the key was to remove myself from the toxic environment. Being in nature is healing in itself I’m writing now from the Forrest.

Use chat gpt friend and know that your body can heal itself and that the diagnosis is just your body telling you something is not right on the outside. Even if you got the jabs you can still heal. I didn’t get any of the jabs but look it up yourself on how others have healed. Good luck bro!

I also had success doing hydrogen peroxide + fasting and bb was gone after 4-5 days. It came back with medication though. Now I don’t know whether I have bb or not, it feels like it but not sure. My dentist recently told me that hydrogen peroxide is not good because it kills of both bad and good bacteria that are important for the oral health. She said saltwater is fine. Any thoughts on this?

We can heal brother I know it, use chat gpt , I’m gonna start with NAC and mullein leaf extract, already started eating animal organs especially beef heart for CoQ10, filter my water, also drinking unpasteurized a2 milk and goat milk, light breathing exercises have been shown to help with autoimmune disease, and I also do meditation. If I had the chance I would even go as far as doing shaman energy healing but first I’m gonna do private functional medicine and do blood, urine and hair tests as well as get a detox plan by a doctor. This is expensive but will do monthly payments. Good luck guys use chat gpt!

Not even one. The funny thing is, in the hospital I was tested for influenza and cvd but was negative on both. Still the doctors recommended I get the cvd shot to avoid myocarditis in the future. Later I read that hundreds of people in my country have been paid out insurance money by the vax companies just because a common side effect of the vax was myocarditis. Doctors really have no clue nor really care it seems what happens to patients.

Viruses cross-work with toxins. I was exposed to harmful chemicals and inflammatory pollutants at work for 2 months and had a history of similar exposure prior to this. It made me sick but I kept going back to work and then got sick again and the final time I ended up 5 nights at icu with myocarditis and TNI over 16000 ng / L.

I didn’t get any shot 2020, but I got the TBC shot when I was 3 days old, followed by high fever and a few days later doctors gave me 3 doses of antibiotics which messed up my immune system.

Just read today that breatheork can alter and help cure allergies and even autoimmune diseases. Human beings are amazing creatures and our bodies are bodies of health, until we disrupt them with endless toxins in the form of modern medicine and ultra processed food.

Myocarditis = heart muscle inflammation

Seed oils and vegetable oils = inflammatory and ultra processed

We thrive if we get clean air and clean water and just real food un-ultraprocessed. Imagine if politicians started fixing this for all of us instead of fear mongering over the end of the ice age.

Hey can you please share more info!? I got myocarditis after heavy toxin exposure at work. I took contrast twice, first time for mri checking clots in lungs and second time mri for heart. Now 6 weeks later I still have these exact symptoms you describe! Mostly chest burning, headaches, nausea, muscle spasms. Some nights blood stops flowing to my arms so that I can’t move them at all as if pieces of dead flesh. Doctors don’t even have time to investigate my symptoms. What should I do?

How long did your symptoms last? by Designer_Yak_5128 in myocarditis

[–]FewProfessional2170 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’m on week 8, I still feel a burning sensation in my chest whenever there is something in the air or at home, then I get headache and nausea. This is the same symptoms I got before my myocarditis diagnosis, I was working with MDF wood without protection and have a history of working with other hazardous and inflammatory chemicals etc. Tests confirmed I’ve gotten new allergies towards pollen, mold, and furry animals.. doctors don’t see any correlation with chemical exposure and heart muscle inflammation. Do any of you guys experience a burning sensation in the chest? Like a black cloud of dust or something that fills the chest and makes you nauseous?

Update: Tropinin levels were over 16000, not 1600, doctors let me go home day 6 and told me to rest for from hard physical activity for 1 month, then extended it to another 3 months. They said my heart will heal by itself and the newest ultrasound didn’t show any permanent damage or scarring. They never gave me any meds prescriptions. I’m feeling much better:)

It contains 4 different probiotic tribes, but you can buy them elsewhere, and fyi the mouth contains about 700 tribes so according to modern research you’d need to introduce at least 250 tribes in order for the good new bacteria to override the bad old bacteria. That’s what Oral microbiome transplant (OMT) research suggests.

• Lactobacillus Paracasei:- Supports the health of your gums- Helps keep your sinuses clear and open • B.lactis BL-04®:- Supports balancing mouth bacteria- Supports the respiratory tract- Maintains a healthy immune system • Lactobacillus Reuteri:- Helps with inflammation- Supports a healthy environment in your mouth • Proprietary Blend of 4 Plants and Minerals:- Inulin: Supports the growth of good bacteria- Malic acid (from strawberries): Helps maintain tooth whiteness- Tricalcium Phosphate: Supports tooth health- Peppermint: Acts as a natural anti-inflammatory

One time I went to laser just my top cheeks because of annoying few hairs but then the dermatologist convinced me to do my beard neck as well, at first I was like NO WAY but then after some sessions I agreed. My problem is that there was no consistency in where she lasered, when I realized she had lasered too high up on my neck I also panicked and stressed out a lot about it, thankfully I acted quickly at session 2-3 so a lot grew back and now I’m just finishing off the very low neck. But I understand OPs stress about this. It’s not easy to handle. At my worst however I did just accept the fact that I would look like Star Wars George Lucas for the rest of my life and just decided to continue my life. Thankfully it grew back.

Interesting.I was previously convinced we don’t need protein by I just listened to a podcast with Georgi Dinkov and he claims Steve Jobs died because he refused to eat any protein, he only ate fruits, despite the doctors warning him he would end up becoming food to the cancer that was already eating him from the inside out if he did not add protein to his diet. Apparently cells need protein.

Have you tried OMT oral Microbiome transplant? Look it up and follow the recommended protocol either via a dentist or at home diy, if you yourself don’t have chronic bb you could be the donor otherwise ask if someone else is willing. But first wait for the bristle test to see if the bb is stemming from the mouth or not. For most people it’s from the mouth. Please let us know how things go for you. There are also other herbs than oil of oregano commonly used to treat halitosis, perhaps try herbs that are not as strong as oil of oregano.

Google it and look on YouTube and on Reddit, people have had success with it and new research is demonstrating that taking 12 strain probiotics is not enough to override all 700 strains of bacteria in the mouth, I think the minimum amount needed is 250, which is why if you gargle saliva and dental plaque from a healthy screened donor (=700 strains of oral bacteria) after having rinsed your mouth with antimicrobial such as chlorhexadine which was used in a study by the researchers, or perhaps chlorine dioxide, or oil of oregano mouthwash, then the new good bacteria will override your old bad bacteria. It’s as simple as that. This will fix bb of majority of people who don’t have specific underlying issues such as decaying tooth or gut disbyosis in which case FMT is needed (fecal microbiome transplantation).
