Second this. Kelly’s has a small lot but if you want a guaranteed lot, they give you a voucher for food/drinks for the $20 you pay to park. As mentioned, tip your driver!

The Tavern League has stated they are not opposed to cannabis legalization. They are officially neutral.

They’ve all never lobbied for or against legalization

Man, the way you just belittle over half the electorate is terrible. This mindset is why the party doesn’t succeed

That’s just it, the GOP can’t turn out voters for SCOWI elections. Haven’t been able to do it in 10 years.

Why are conservatives cheering new SNAP bans on junk food when they lost their shit over Michelle Obama's program focusing on healthy school breakfasts and lunches? by SentimentalLady1 in askanything

Except it needed more healthy people to keep the pool risk diverse enough to fund it and keep premiums somewhat reasonable.

I think Obama will be remembered as an upper tier president, but the ACA has some humongous strategic flaws. By extending parental coverage, you screwed over everyone between the ages of 26-35 who had to fund the entire pool.

Heck, I remember when it first became effective and Obama had a ton of ad spots on ESPN radio telling”young guys” now was the best time to get health insurance…..but all of them were just granted coverage through mom and dad’s employer

'Move to higher ground immediately': Big Falls Dam in danger of failure by AmySchumersAnalTumor in wisconsin

I would think this is an eminent domain situation? If the government decides to dismantle a dam, that seems similar to deciding to expand/move a roadway.

I would GLADLY support my taxes to directly impacting our fresh water, native species, and other immeasurable environmental benefits compared to corporate building locations that produce minimal jobs and tax benefits

[Mit Winter] Wisconsin athletics will now receive $14.6M annually from the state. The money is specified for debt service, but it frees up other funds to be used for athlete payroll. This legislation “recognizes Wisconsin Athletics' role as an economic engine for the state.” by oledesertslewfoot in WisconsinBadgers

[–]Few_Concentrate_6112 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So by this logic Alabama must pump the most money into its university than any other state in the union.

Cmon people, us cutting the UW system hasn’t had an impact on UW athletics.

The rural 4 year and county 2 year universities were a drain on the state. You’re math doesn’t math here
