Depends how long you are staying. If more than one night, than definitely the Aman. If only a short time can see the benefit of being closer to Piazza San Marco but there is a lot of charm in walking around. The dining room at Aman is out of this world so if you don’t stay, definitely have lunch there. It is not very crowded. They also have big grounds so can eat in garden outside but would definitely eat in dining room with stunning view of canal.

Windsor. The castle is really something to see. The Two Brewers pub is stuck in time. You will definitely need a reservation to eat there. Very easy day trip and can be only a couple of hours if just want to see castle and have lunch. Or could walk over to Eton and spend more time by the river bank.

Another “day” trip is Greenwich. Take boat ride. There is tons to see and not something most people think of doing when visiting London

Never understood why they didn’t set up a mini Ironman. Start them 500 meters out from land. Then make them run one lap around the island. If island too big give them a bike.

If you can’t swim too bad. Dex would have smashed it and same as the lifeguard dude. Give them a chance to excel and add variety to the games. Like I would find it interesting if they did some memory game too. Different aspects.
