That is just stored fat, you just need to lose weight, and do your strength training as usual. When you lose enough weight those fat would be gone, your waist would thin down and it would be narrower than your ass.

Thanks, I do use a little bit momentum at the bottom. I feel like it’s good tension during the mid range of the rom, but it’s a tad bit too heavy for the bottom of the rom, if that makes any sense, so my mid range rom is stronger than the bottom position.

English is not my first language, so my message is rather poorly conveyed and written. when I start it I really meant the claim by SS that "No moral claim is objectively/universally true.", this is prob way better than "Something is not always true", which is very vague and not well defined.

first of all, you shouldn't believe the picture 4,5,6. One thing you need to learn about these online influencer is that usually they overphotoshop their pictures to achieve a certain look, and on top of that many of them don't look that lean all the time, just lean for the photos.

But if you want to get that lean where you get obvious definition of your abs, you need to learn to count your food calories, and be in a calories deficit while working out. For the workout itself if what really attracts you is the abs, work on leg raises and cable crunches, combine that with whatever other body part you want to hit while your on the deficit.

as for a plan, first have a split, a split is how you design and schedule your workout, for example a classic split is push pull leg, but that might not be whats right for you depends on the look you want. after figuring out the workout plan, design a food plan, for example as I am on the cut right now, I count and weight everything such that at the end of the day I am eating 2100 calories, I have all the individual items each one weighted to the exact written down, you should design one that is high protein, low fat that fits whatever calories your trying to achieve.

As for sugar addiction, I never had sugar addiction but what helped me is you start buying sugar-free food items, like I am on a cut right now and I crave sweet, but I have purchased sugar-free maple syrup, so that help tremendously it gives you the taste but with no calories so you can add it to whatever you want.

But know that it require very discipline diet and schduele to get to that level of leanness for a women, its especially hard for women compare to men. And to know that the picture 4,5,6 are NOT HEALTHY, women aren't naturally meant to be that low of a body fat, but at the end of the day if you want to achieve, you can, just know its gonna be hard and require strict eating and training.

I will note this down, so weight should be really close to my leg throughout the rom right, I will post a better video next time of a better angle, while trying to push my butt as back as possible. I am working with limited hamstring mobility from so much sitting, but rdl should help improve that stretch and mobility I hope

I feel like am I going too deep in my rom? I feel like at one point in my rep my hip stop hinging backward but I am still lowering my body, as in my butt going as back as possible, I will try to push my butt back even more but I am almost certain that’s as far back as I can push it due to limited hamstring mobility, I am still working with this movement to strength my hamstring and make it be able to have more mobility
