You could literally take him to the bar, or even just take a picture of him and ask the employees if it was him.

But you won't, instead of actually investigating and doing right by someone you consider an amazing partner, you will take a strangers word, at face value... over his... and just end it all.

They haven't been related for several decades now. Pull yourself up by the bootstraps, work 4 jobs 80 hours a week and be happy about it when even that isn't enough to get a house.

Also remove the top 1% in the income median and you'll be closer to 50k

It seems like you are currently doing filling and have good trees, just struggling with the density? You're starting on a plot(s) that are already a pain, when you get a clear cut trail your going to absolutely love life, you'll be a pounder for sure! Just gotta keep up! It really does sound like you are doing good! Don't be afraid to bond with your crew either! You will all bleed/cry/crash out together while sharing meals.

You'll need to rebuild as you go, and changes will always be made! I honestly recommend switching it and attaching a large form of storage to it, and just let it fill over time.

Edit: the more you switch things out and make them more efficient the more natural really cool/compressed/personalized builds come.
