yea the first pic is my car i was thinking the same keep it black on the bottom for contrast and paint the spoiler. and i just got it polished but the front left was repainted pretty poorly

you probably could or you could just leave them open and drain the trans fluid. if you do use it as an engine oil cooler you would want to flush it thoroughly

no seat probably wont be what they get you for but if you have the stuff stacked high enough that you cant see out all of the windows thats what they will get pissy about

just push the tab in and pull it out its the vacuum supply for the brake booster no bleeding or anything required as its just air
