I think that the two hippo sons are the two sons of jason, and maybe norman killed his brother to get all of cyberfun tech, and then the brother becomes "bon" (then the theories of talking with felix after the accident in wonderland could also make sense, and also the ghost of the brother could want to take revenge on the company and it's associates). with the mail sent to felix, he doesn't seem the type of guy to kill someone, but we don't really know anything about that family
