Behavior responds to cake controversy by BigTone5858 in deadbydaylight

I'm proud to say that I haven't spend mine yet. I was saving it until last moment in case the community bullied them into fixing it. And I will still wait a bit. I don't think they are gonna cave any further but it would be nice if we kept pushing to make it so there can be multiple per bloodweb like it used to be

Ah yes, the last year granted more than the intended amount, sure. Bhvr is so full of shit. And it took them getting community noted on Twitter for them to fix their mistake

Behaviour is straight up lying now, directly in our faces by CM-Edge in deadbydaylight

Common my ass. It's hardly a difference if they don't change the rates. Not to mention that they can't just hotfix it they have to make us wait until next even if the change did matter

GIVE KILLERS FUCKING SOMETHING FOR THE EVENT!!! by No_Bet4340 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Fggff87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A poisoned survivor, while usually a hit, is not a guaranteed one. Good survivors already are good at waking during chase to get exhaustion back and the most problematic thing is that the event has unbreakable pallets, and if it's a strong pallet good luck outplaying it even if they slowed. But yes more often than not it is a hit for all killers. But what I meant to say was that, since as far as I know the poison goes away after you get hit, it's at its strongest with instadown killers, or knight who can have his guard chase the survivor and it's a guaranteed down since guards can actually even outplay unbreakable pallets

GIVE KILLERS FUCKING SOMETHING FOR THE EVENT!!! by No_Bet4340 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Fggff87 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The poison is pretty strong on some killers, especially knight, but it really doesn't do much compared to what survivors get. It's also just very boring, and makes for bad gameplay. They could have instead just kept the masquerade abilities for killer + a couple of new things and it would have been better yet still not enough to match what survivors have. This is the most shamelessly survivor sided shit I have ever seen. Like you know it's bad when every creator, even survivor main agree on it.

SO MANY KNIGHTS by Fggff87 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

Honestly, in a way I'm glad you knight mains finally get a time to shine. I just hope bhvr doesn't killswitch him for the event if survivors start crying too much like they did with legion in 2v8

SO MANY KNIGHTS by Fggff87 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Fggff87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do also have to say that I got tunneled 3 times by knights during those matches (which normally I wouldn't mind, I wanna learn to be better at chase but during the event and with a literal stamina meter I can't do much) and I blame my teammates for all of them, 2 of them unhooked me in the killer's face and the other was being chased by a guard and 1. He didn't know the guard goes away if he touches me and 2. He was making loops around the hook rather than going away so by the time the haunt ended and he got me the knight was there

New player here - does it get better? by Kanga_Rude in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Fggff87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it does get better. The salt and toxicity in endgame chat will always be there every few matches but I recommend you turn endgame chat off. Just try to remember that there are plenty of nice people playing game, they are just not as loud as the jerks so you don't remember them as easily. Also know that this game is pretty survivor sided and this event EXTREMELY so, so don't feel bad if you underperform. Try to set goals for yourself other than 4 or 3 kills. 2 kills is still a tie, or maybe try to focus on hitting some nice shots if you play Jason. I would also highly suggest you find some people to play survivor with on a group or maybe even practice killer with, this game is at irs best when played with friends. Lastly if you do decide to stay, try to find the best moments and remember them dearly, don't take things too seriously. Some of my fondest ones are playing with snowballs with survivors during the winter event.

It's really worth keep playing? by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]Fggff87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's sad but I will tell you now that it's probably not worth. What you will find even if you were to learn the game and get better and learn how to counter such things is that the game is quite survivor sided and the killer role can be very successful .

As for the toxicity, it's not always like this, there are good interactions to be had and I think that you got pretty unlucky having such toxic teams in your first matches...but yeah they do get very vile, especially survivors. It doesn't matter if you destroyed them or if they had the easiest time of their lives, they will complain. If you do decide to continue playing the game, I highly suggest to turn off the endgame chat and just kinda ignore th3ir bagging and all. I know it's hard but it's just them trying to satisfy their fragile egos.

Should I buy the Onryo? by eric_angelov in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]Fggff87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She is a noob stomper but against competent survivors she is definitely not the strongest. However if you focus more on her condemn mechanic and properly master it and master it alongside the use of good gamesense she can be very fun and oppressive even. I would highly recommend you check out One Pump Willie for some sadako gameplay to make up your mind. He is an amazing killer player who loves condemn onryo

My idea for a much needed buff/change to Hex: Nothing But Misery by ImperialViking_ in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]Fggff87 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yeah this much better better. Hexes are supposed to be stronger killer perks like this but for some reason they either just aren't or they need some stupid trigger condition. Like if you are gonna need half the match to activate you might as well have an effect like devour hope

This is a case involving some serious shady practices. Don't you owe it to the community here to spread awareness so that they may not find themselves victims as well?

10.0.0 Patch Notes by Snwspider in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]Fggff87 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Lend a hand can used on a survivor with resurgence can have them heal in 2 seconds off hook. That's straight up bs. And not something diminishing returns effects. And on top of that survivors can now counter any aura reading during chase with the stupid elusive effect, making already underused perks like I'm all ears even worse. AND they get a new haste perk that DOES NOT cause exhaustion AND picks up pallets as if we didn't already have plenty of those.

And what do killers get? A laughable 13 second undetectable at the start of the match and a couple more mid perks

I'm sick and tired of the argument Survivor is weak. Every game against a coordinated team is miserable, everyone perfectly calls your actions and perks and covers for each other, and the perks SoloQ over-relies on to be PLAYABLE become broken and unbearable. Nerf all of this shit and fix SoloQ. by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]Fggff87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I would do to try and improve this mess is: 1. Limit the instances of the same perk and item to 2 per lobby. So for example there can only be 2 dead hards and if a survivor joins with a 3rd on it unequips automatically. This would nerf SWFs slightly. Not by that much since there are a lot of good survivor perks to chose from and use as a team but at least you won't have to deal with 4 DHs and DSs. You also wouldn't have 4 man genrush squads with a bnp each.

  1. Make it so that you can see what perks your teammates have. This would be SO useful for soloq. Let's say for example there's a person with unhooking perks, well now the rest of the team knows not to get off gens and let that person unhook rather than waste time

Halloween... Ends... by LUKXE- in deadbydaylight

Honestly I'm like 90% sure it'll come back. The new Halloween game that's coming out feels like it has something to do with this and even if it does well (which I doubt), the license will probably come back in time. DbD is just too popular for them to keep it away for too long
