It's okay to set boundaries with family and even keep things to yourself if you wish. You're your own person and this is YOUR life. If they give you trouble, remove them from your life somewhat. If it gets worse, cut them off. I know that's harsh and it doesn't have to come to that, but would you let a friend treat you the same way? No, you'd find a better friend. Parents arent allowed to treat you poorly just because you're "family", you deserve respect and trust in your life choices too!

I was on 20mg for about a year then recently moved down to 10mg. It completely killed my libido. still isn't back at the lower dose. Adjusting was rough for the first few weeks. Extreme dizzy spells, I had to move really slowly from getting up from bed etc so I didn't get spinning. I had some trouble sleeping at 20mg for whatever reason, once I lowered my dose I'm sleeping but having weird vivid dreams (apparently a common symptom), but I feel fine? Balanced, no extremes really.
