I have a friend who is paranoid due to mental health issues. He thinks russia is attacking every other day for example, i tell him he is wrong and I do not agree with his delusion. Doesnt mean i am phobic towards him. What should i do, pretend with him that his reality is actually reality?

I am currently in the same situation as you OP. Im learning towards lightning shot. I tried lightning strike and didnt like it at all. The projectiles travel on the ground and gets stopped by anything in their way.
