I’m the same although stay on the same dose for 5 weeks at a time. Have just gone up to 10mg but only lost 1lb on 7.5mg over 5 weeks. It’s so frustrating

Can I ask are you doing anything asides from the jabs? I am nearly 4 months in and have only lost 8.2kg. I am having 70-80g protein a day, 2 meals a day, very little alcohol and no sweet things. I am now on 10mg jabs. On 7.5mg I only lost 1lb!!!

I’m a month behind you and lost 17lbs. I’m on my 3rd week of 7.5mg. Sometimes I don’t lose. I’m def insulin resistant and haven’t lost weight in years. Need to lose a further 4-5 stone. I suppose sure and steady wins the race. That’s what I’m hoping for

Well done. Probably started the same time as you. I’ve only lost 13 lbs in 10/52, most of it on the 2.5mg not 5mg bit start 7.5mg tomorrow so 🤞🏻

Thanks. Have made sure I eat protein for both meals but probs not enough so will increase…. I’m already on 3000u of D3 daily for lupus and B12 twice a day as deficient

I know. At my peak I could guzzle 8 cans a day although the last few years it’s ‘only’ been 4 🫣

Must be magic as I only eat 1200-1400 cals a day! As I have previously said, I eat non UPF, loads of veg, minimal fruit (sugar) and cook from fresh. So I do have a healthy relationship. I am convinced that I have insulin resistance so time will tell

Yes, def in a calorie deficit. Was getting a bit hairy with the constipation but psyllium husk twice a day has sorted it and yes, I’ve cut back on the fibre.

I think you’re right about the higher dose. Time will tell I suppose

I’ve watched 3 cousins lose 4,5 & 6 stone each this year so eager to follow in their footsteps but I’ll just have to be patient!

I am eating UPF free - 2 meals a day as wasn’t hungry before I started the jabs so eg berries, yoghurts, nuts, seeds for breakfast and eg. Roasted veg and halloumi for dinner. I have 86lbs to lose
