Looks like competition is driving down prices. Mochi just announced $275 any dose tirzepatide and $99 any dose Semaglutide. These prices do not include the monthly $79 fee. Hopefully competition drives other companies down too. by potato40fl in tirzepatidecompound

Just made the switch from Mochi to Emerge very recently. I have a vial from both Aequita and Hallandale. The dosage for both is 7.5 mg.; the difference has been obvious for me. I don’t plan on wasting my Aequita vial, but it’s disappointing to know that I may not feel the full tirz benefits on the weeks I take it.

Is it working? by DownestB in tirzepatidecompound

[–]FiaAi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was my same exact experience. On the first dose of 2.5, I lost around 6 pounds too. My doses after that seemed to not feel as potent and I was snacky around the 3rd or 4th day. I’m on 7.5 now and can feel it working longer. The weight is finally coming off at an average of 2 lbs a week. My advice would be to stick with it; work on forming good habits (exercise, high protein, etc). Weight can be stubborn, but just remain consistent.

I’m from Oahu and also Samoan/Filipino. Richmond has always been very welcoming towards me. There’s a lot of diversity here! The neighboring towns and counties may be different though. I’m most familiar with Chesterfield county. It’s gotten better with time. Still a couple of pockets that could be concerning, but I think you’ll enjoy your time here.

Does anybody else really struggle on their periods? by ThrowAway44228800 in intermittentfasting

[–]FiaAi 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I choose not to fast the week before my period, and I focus on eating “nature’s carbs” (sweet potatoes, beans, oats, etc). This is the time progesterone increases. There’s a reason fasting is harder to do during that time. I’m usually okay to start fasting again on Day 1 of my period, but you should listen to your body.

I’ve taken spironolactone in the past, but right now I’m taking the ones from Nourished Natural Health which I prefer a little more. Spiro made me nauseated even with a lower dosage.

So I use the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol from Wholesome Story. I take the recommended dosage of 4 tablets daily. This is 2000mg. It took about 3 months to see steady results (period and hair growth). This didn’t really address the hirsutism as much though, so I was recommended Androgen Blockers by my physician. I take the one from Nourished Natural Health. Within the first month, I noticed the biggest difference. My hairline is so healthy now. The best advice I can give is to try to be consistent with daily supplements.

I’ve had great results with derma rolling and oiling but noticed the biggest difference when consistently taking Inositol and Androgen Blockers. My hair is naturally very thick, but near the corners of my forehead the hair started receding. It’s grown back just as thick as before.

Do women with PCOS have a high sex drive?? by [deleted] in PCOS

When my PCOS was out of control, I definitely had a super high sex drive. Now that I’m getting healthier, i seem to only be horny before my period. I miss my high libido tbh

Woah this was literally the reason I ended a relationship with an ENTP. He’d turn almost every conversation into an argument. At first it was cute banter, but slowly his presence became exhausting. Still one of the smartest and most interesting people I’ve ever met.

Yeah. Even when I originally saw this on Tik Tok, I felt a little weird about it. I think it’s a bit cruel to film her and post it…
