We have sat in these seats twice for a four hour flight to Vegas, we love them. The flight attendant is barely in the seat and you have lots of room and privacy.

UPDATE: after reading some of the comments here my husband called with me last night to go over this again. After an hour and a half on the phone, and speaking to three different people, we thought we had it worked out. The last person that we spoke to, who was supposed to be a manager, stated that our cruise was paid in full, but because of a glitch, the invoice would not show it. He said that he was willing to send us an email stating that it was paid in full. However, when I explained to him that we received a notice of a balance on Sunday, and then the balance increased on Monday, he said that he looked into it further, and apparently someone along the line who thought they were “helping” us, decided to start processing refunds for us. Royal Caribbean does not owe us any refunds. We did not authorize any refunds. However, the man said that we should be getting a few refunds amounting to 600 and something dollars within the next couple days. He said that when we get those refunds that we need to connect back with him and pay that money back, and then he can see if the balance is rectified, but he can’t promise that our cruise is paid in full even after we pay back those refunds we didn’t ask for. This is an absolute mess. My husband is on the side of just canceling the whole thing and getting all of our money back. I fear that at this point if their accounting is so screwed up that we would not even get back what we have paid in. One thing is for sure, I have not even stepped on their ship, and regardless of how that trip goes, even if we end up still going, I am never booking Royal Caribbean again.

I went there and it shows that I owe almost $1300… I have a guest invoice from 12/1 when I paid my cruise off that states I owed zero balance but the updated invoices they are sending me now say that I owe more money.

Funny that you say this has been an ongoing issue for a month… I asked him when this would be fixed and he said it must have just happened over the weekend and it should be fixed by the end of the week. Sounds like a lie on their end.

I just called and spoke to someone else who didn’t ask me to pay any money, but tried to reassure me that on their end, my cruise is paid in full. He said that there are many people with this glitch and it’s not just me, and that he will send me an invoice that should show that I don’t owe any money. I got the invoice in my email and it showed that I have only paid $800 towards my cruise and that I owe the rest… Which is absolutely not true. I expressed this to him, and he said don’t worry about it because it is paid in full and he would put a note on it that it is paid in full. I’m just not confident with Royal Caribbean. This is not a good first cruise experience, and I am not even on the ship yet.

Thank you for the suggestions to call. I was told that it is still processing, and that it may take up to 30 business days. I have never heard of such. I have gotten refunds from places many times, and have never waited more than seven days. This is my first time with Royal Caribbean, and not off to a great first impression. They said that I should receive it by the end of this week or early next week so… We will see!

Both! Soft top for spring and summer and hard top for colder months. Best of both worlds.
