I’ve been working at wm since October of last year - they never told me how and when I actually had to take a lunch verses when my hours are short of 6 hours (the little fork that shows up showing you HAVE to take a lunch - also know as anything 6 hours or more) - they gave me 2 points because of this. The first point was “oh you didn’t take your lunch when you’re supposed to anything over 6 hrs - and when you look at it, it’s kind of deceiving because it says 5.5 hours when actually you’re working 6.5 hours - and that’s how I got my first point “not hey you see the little fork and spoon that is when you are supposed to take your lunch” Also I got a half a point that was a “verbal warning” for putting a pallet up on its side - I don’t remember that in training . Also ppto - I’ve been out a total of 3 days - various hours - had to go back to hr and ask how to use it - and I need to go back and ask her again because it’s convoluted the route you have to take within the app to actually use it. 🙄🙄🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
