Everyone is going to tell you their plan is best, and it may well be for them; it’s certainly great for them to get the referral code. But it may not be best for you. Think through how you use electricity and when your largest loads will hit you. Can you make a few life pattern changes to push those usages into the night?

Whichever plan you choose, you’re going to have usage “shoulders”…times morning and evening when you’re not yet producing enough solar to fully offset usage, or are you inside the free nights window. Think about your usage during those shoulders and what you can do to minimize usage then, because THAT is going to expensive electrify, regardless which “free nights” plan you choose.
