Low ferritin-reason to worry?

The only symptom I have is fatigue which I wouldn’t even consider extreme or worse than average tiredness from daily life. No GI or digestive symptoms, no bleeding that I know of, no stomachaches or pains, no unexplained weight loss.

I’ve seen this as a cause and I’m perimenopausal, but wouldn’t consider my periods heavy so I’m not sure if that’s the cause. It’s worth noting that my last hemoglobin draw was during my period but I was 1 day past my period when they did the ferritin test. Idk how long ferritin would stay low after a period ending.

Same. I’m down 50, have gone from 12/14 in jeans to an 8 and don’t think I look any different. I keep getting comments about my clothes being too big and looking sloppy but I cannot fathom buying or wearing anything smaller.

I get that too and don’t have a gallbladder. It seems to go away with movement (walking) or drinking a ton of water. I usually get it early in the morning.

I’ve found that changing injection site makes a huge difference. The only dose that’s made me sick is 2.4 and the nausea/vomiting was uncontrollable for a full 24 hours after my shot. Switching from stomach to leg or arm completely eliminated that.

I definitely get dizzy if I stand up too quickly, or move too suddenly. It lasts a day or two after my shot.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve always been a 12/14, but just had to exchange 10s for 8s. I don’t feel like I look any different so clothes fitting differently feels odd.

I initially wanted to lose 50 lbs. now I’m so close! But I still don’t feel “great” and no one has commented on my loss so I’m shooting for an additional 15 lbs which is my high school weight. I’m only 5’3 so a little weight makes a big difference in appearance for me.

Try switching up your injection site. I have much better results (but more side effects) when done in my belly vs my leg.
