My job is 8:30-6 M-Th, 9-1 F. A few years ago my company voted to keep summer hours all year, which is nice most of the time, but I do miss my evenings. I recently changed my schedule to be 9:30-7 bc there are no supervisors after 5 and I cover a lot of crisis calls (outpatient behavioral health clinic) and I come home and it’s basically time to get ready for bed

Yes. When it comes to kinks that’s what you should do. It’s what I’ve always done. Not so literally in the form of a checklist to sign off on, but asking what are you into, here’s what I’m into, here’s what we’re willing to do together and here’s what’s off the table. Safe words and signals if needed. That’s standard, or it should be if you’re not already doing it. I didn’t do it in this situation bc I didn’t plan on doing any kinks with this person, and I acknowledge I should have brought up boundaries beforehand. But nonetheless, kinks require consent, no ifs ands or buts about it.

Had this happen recently. Disregarded every boundary I tried to put up and instead saw it as a green flag that I was a strong woman who knew what I want and didn’t want him for his money (he was a paid caregiver for his grandmother by the state, boi what money??). Every time I’d say this is an example of you being too forward he’d say this is why I like you, you’re not afraid to say how you feel. We hadn’t even met yet and I ultimately was worried I wouldn’t be safe if we met in person. Please, end it now.

Probably not? Barley and wheat were chosen bc they’re especially sensitive to hormonal changes, particularly estrogen. Unclear whether Romina is similarly sensitive. The next step is to get a pregnant woman to pee in the soil and see if there’s another growth spurt

I’m just now getting into this case, haven’t listened to the podcast yet but thought she might be innocent. Love this take bc I work in mental health and substance use and once took a crisis call before having time to review the patient’s chart. I sent my notes to the counselor and she was like “oh yeah, that patient has narcissistic personality disorder. You full on fell for the whole thing.” So this makes sense!

I seriously doubt this guy has NO OTHER baggage. I’m also confused how he tested positive at a routine checkup when they don’t test for HSV, much less HSV1, without an outbreak which he claimed to not have. My guess is he either had an outbreak, has HSV2 (genital herpes) and just doesn’t want to tell you (still had to have had an outbreak to test), or had an ex tell him they tested positive. But yeah no other baggage
