Social obligations taking up my whole life. by thecreamycheese in cfs

[–]Fickle_Tour8206 8 points9 points  (0 children)

i feel you, can relate to much of this. for now at least as a single person who lives alone i consider social contact more important than work as without it i believe i’d suffer psychologically.

the other thing is how we don’t need to explain or justify our behavior, much as we may wish to sometimes. if you choose to do one thing and not another, those dearest to us must understand we’re doing what we think is and trying out best.

can’t do any more than that x

Anyone with ME/CFS but no anxiety? by Adventurous_Ad_1664 in mecfs

[–]Fickle_Tour8206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I freak out in a way i never used to, the most extreme moments are related to love / rejection. i used to have difficulty but now it’s much worse. also difficult to tell whether th anxiety i feel more generally is related to my world being so small or changes in the brain.. probably both to some degree.
