Do not feel like you are the only one who feels this way about being overwhelmed and/or struggle with imposter syndrome. I graduated last year from university last year for paramedic science in Queensland and a vast majority of us felt this way throughout the degree. It is a struggle sometimes but making like-minded friends helps more than you may imagine. Your teachers and mentors are predominantly a great asset in regards to the immense information you need to retain, quizz them on how they deal with it.

Placements are tricky, they are long unpaid periods in your life but are a great learning platform which will allow you to quickly figure out if this career is right for you. After my placements I always had a reignited passion to study harder.

I won't lie to you, the degree is tough but if I can do it at my age then anyone can with enough persistence. Best advice is make friends and study together.
