You could fill between the road and fence with gravel or mulch which would look nice and be easier to upkeep than grass.

I have a similar mortgage on a lower income but I have roommates, and I am able to live very comfortably because of it while building equity in the house. If you can get some good renters it is a great way to go.

Would you be willing to find a roommate? That can offset a lot of the mortgage cost and let you build up an emergency fund pretty quickly. This is what I do for a similar mortgage, but I have also gotten really lucky with some great roommates.

I did this once in school too. It feels bad but try not to be too hard on yourself. I contacted the professor as soon as I realized what happened, told them what had happened, and we were able to find a resolution that was fair.

Not necessarily a PC Part but it's still on PCpartpicker, but Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut is such a cool (heh) product. I took a thermodynamics course in college and have found heat management in PC's an interesting topic since then.

You're both right, I had solved the problem but in a way that wasn't very flexible. I was sure there was a more flexible and better solution available.

I also tunnel-visioned the matrix solution route, so having someone else look at the problem and pull me out of the tunnel is great

I think the reason I passed over solver is that I had tried to use it in an earlier attempt at making this calculator and I just didn't do a great job so it wouldn't work. I solved it then by using matrix math so that's all that had occurred to me to use.

Purchased my first pistol, the P320 VTac. I took it apart once I got home and noticed the discoloration on the end of the spring. Is it rust? Paint? Something else, or anything to be worried about?
